ISPA offers resources to help spa industry respond to COVID-19

Despite being closed around the world, spas are still finding ways to share a positive message and keep their customers uplifted and motivated.

Soon, spa professionals will be called upon to provide healing for the millions of people who are in need, and the International SPA Association is committed to equipping members with the tools they need to get their spa back in business.

ISPA’s COVID-19 page features a helpful listing of resources to help on all fronts, including financial and business resources, community engagement in the form of themed virtual chats and much more. ISPA’s monthly Snapshot Survey has been focusing solely on the industry’s response to COVID-19, allowing spa professionals to keep track of how their peers are responding to the current operations climate.

Given the concerns expressed by both our membership and the spa industry in general, ISPA will continue to monitor updates released by the World Health Organization (WHO) and other reputable organizations like the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Be sure to follow ISPA’s social media channels (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) for the latest updates and highlights of what members are doing to respond in generosity and support of those impacted by COVID-19.
